Marc Ellis Consulting are currently working exclusively with one the largest and prestigous system integrators in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a Marketing Consultant
Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports consistent business growth and enhance brand equity and awareness.
Dimensions: Business wide
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Create/develop, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations.
2. Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, category management as well as call to action orientated advertising targeted toward key customer segments that increases brand awareness.
3. Market and implement energy, oil and gas sale contracts by supporting start-up and integration of new projects.
4. Identify and develop prospects that may arise and provide opportunities to increase business with the potential/existing clients. provide feedback and information for business planning, market intelligence, reports including managing opportunities.
5. Lead and manage Direct Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Online Marketing, Event Marketing etc.
6. Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs
7. Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute on both existing and potential marketing activities and strategies. Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programmes.
8. Conduct and analyze market research to determine competitiveness
9. Measure the effectiveness of the company’s marketing abilities and coach, mentor and raise the team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations.
10. Develop and prepare key messaging and presentation materials for senior management.

Operates within a broad procedural framework where there are clear points of escalation
Answer questions about what needs to be done in specific situations which may have a degree of complexity
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Knowledge:
• Engineering BSc or BA degree.
• International business development
• Program Management
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence to approach people at all levels
• Ambitious and persistent
• Self-motivated and enjoy working to targets
• A natural networker
• Commercial knowledge to analyse market data and identify new opportunities
• Possess a marketing and customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to motivate staff to exceed.
Experience:
• 10 years in an international business setting
• 5 years in progressive marketing roles at the senior management level.
• Awareness of competitor activities in the sector
• Regional knowledge and experience
Key Relationships:
Internal: Contracts and finance.
External: Business partners and potential customers.
