Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
To plan, manage, co-ordinate & control project(s) execution throughout the project lifecycle. Accomplish project objectives by proper planning, evaluating, and implementing proper strategies. To ensure full delivery of projects to client's and organisation's satisfaction both financially and professionally.
Main duties includes the following:
•Agreeing project objectives
•Representing the client's interest
•Providing independent advice on the management of projects
•Identify Resources & Assign Responsibilities, organising the various professional people working on a project
•Risk assessment
•Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
•Making sure the quality standards are met
•Using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress
•Identifying Vendors & Subcontractors
•Monitoring vendors/ suppliers to ensure guidelines are maintained
•Accounting, costing and billing
•Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
•Competent in required project methodology
•Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
•Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)
•Understands basic revenue models and P&L; meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions
•To perform additional assignments and responsibilities assumed or requested by management
