As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back to our stores time after time. You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your fashion sense and selling strength will make you an important part of our team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to demonstrating outstanding customer service skills, effective and pro-active use of selling skills and techniques and ensuring that basic retail and housekeeping standards are in place at all times. You will have an emphasis on department and product knowledge, providing information on product features, and knowing related items to sell. You will be working as part of a team to meet individual, department and store objectives. You will maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure that it is clean, shop able, and safe. This position leads to a Senior Sales Associate position.

الهدف من الوظيفة:
• التفاعل مع العملاء لتقديم معلومات والرد على الاستفسارات حول المنتجات والخدمات ومعالجة الشكاوى.
المهام الوظيفية:
• توفير الراحة للعملاء عن طريق تحيتهم ومساعدتهم، والاستجابة لاستفساراتهم والشكاوى المقدمة منهم
• توجيه والإشراف على الموظفين العاملين في المبيعات والمخزون، والتوفيق بين المتحصلات النقدية، أو في أداء الخدمات للعملاء
• رصد أنشطة المبيعات لضمان أن العملاء يحصلون على خدمة مرضية وسلع ذات جودة عالية
• حصر وإعادة ترتيب الأوراق المالية عندما تنخفض المخزونات إلى مستوى محدد
• فرض قواعد السلامة والصحة والأمان
• فحص البضائع لضمان أن تكون الأسعار بشكل صحيح وطريقة العرض، وأنها تظهر وفق المعلن عنها
