The Gulf Recruitment Group are working with a Multinational FMCG, one of the largest global firms in their field, to recruit a Head of Finance / Finance Director for their KSA (Saudi Arabia) market.
The KSA market generates in excess of 1bn KSA Riyal, the largest market across the Middle East. The business has shown significant growth over the recent period and forecasts remain positive. Expectation is for revenue to double by 2020.
Due to a need for stronger top line management the business is searching for a strong business leader and commercial partner. You will oversee the full financial process ensuring all accounting activities are in line with Global Policies and Procedures.
You will take a lead role in core areas i.e. cash management, treasury, forecasting. You will also be responsible for streamlining the business for the forthcoming growth. Other divisions will also sit under your remit (total h/c approx. 100).
