This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing legal team of our client an established retailer in the Kingdom. The role will offer work the applicant for a thriving business where the role and team will grow as the business continues to expand.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent support to the business units across the region. This will include:
•Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (for example, supply agreements), NDAs and similar contracts.
•Undertaking company secretarial work, including arranging for board and shareholder meetings, preparing agendas for such meetings and drafting minutes of meetings, resolutions and powers of attorney.
•Share transfers across the region (in conjunction with local counsel, as required).
•Document management skills to assist with the management of the document database across the organization.
•Legal research (for example, research into environmental legislation and labor law).
