Our client, a well known FMCG company is currently recruiting for a National Sales Manager -KSA. You will be directly reporting to the Market Manager-KSA. This position will be based in Jeddah-Saudi Arabia

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Sales Management
• Achieve sales objectives ensuring best market best market supply & coverage
• Develop and implement coverage plans for Saudi Arabia Sales force
• Develop and Implement availability strategies for all Company’s portfolio
• Monitor & rollout sales cycle instructions
• Collate feedback from the field; lead the evaluation of sales activities & feedback to all relevant functions.
• Build effective working relations with Company’s exclusive distributors
• Manage effectively & efficiently key accounts
• Ensure best return on investment of any A&P activity.
• Drive RTM (Supply chain, Logistics, DSD)excellence
Marketing Analysis
• Collect all relevant Sales data (fiscal, distribution, benchmarking competitors..)
• Liaise with brand & trade marketing to discuss best market strategies ( portfolio management, cycle plans and A&P priorities)
• Monthly sales reporting & Analysis
• Monthly sales and supply forecasting
Performance Indicators:
• Market share targets per brand
• Sales volume targets per brand
• National targets ND & WD per brand
• Sales Cycle’s team performance, on agreed objectives:
o Weighted & Numeric Distribution/Availability
o Visibility & Facing
o Coverage planning
o Tobacco category sales & merchandising training
Communications and Working Relationships:
Internal
KSA Market Manager: Objective setting, performance reviews, general updates, sign off, A&P control.
TM Manager KSA: Close working relationship for trade relations, in store marketing, trade planning and In market product supply.
HR : All HR Issues (ITIL Dubai- ME HR)
External:
Key Accounts: Manage and build a coherent & effective relationship with Key accounts.
Distributor: Build effective relationship with our Company’s exclusive team distributor
