1. Induct new employees of the Sales Department to NADEC history, culture and values, policies and procedures of NADEC and acquaint them with knowledge and skills required to deliver their job responsibilities.
2. Train and certify Sales Employees on NADEC 9 Steps Winning Sales Process Module
3. Conduct field Assessment of the implementation of NADEC 9 steps Process
4. Provide Career enhancement support for high performing Salesmen by preparing them for promotion to higher positions by conducting Supervisory Development Program
5. Execute sub-area development program by identifying a poor performing sub-area and device strategies to improve performance of the area based on the inputs.
6. Execute Sales enhancement and support programs as guided by the Sales Senior Management on a timely basis and provide feedback to the management on field observations, corrective action taken and implemented and impact on business.
7. Provide coverage to 90% of the mapped employees in a year with each employee being provided 10 hours of training.
