GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Accounting Manager (Saudi Arabia) is responsible for DaVita’s Accounting functions in Saudi Arabia and is a key member of the Saudi Headquarter team. This position collaborates with the Saudi and European (finance) leadership and the Europe-based finance, tax & accounting team on a regular basis. Responsibilities include Accounting and Controlling.
The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
• Provide strong support to the CFO Saudi Arabia / Head of Accounting EMEA to ensure the attainment of business objectives
• Be responsible for overall Accounting and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting implementation in the country.
• Support in opening new clinics and post-opening accounting and controls implementation.
• Manage capital investment projects and monitor progress against budget and plan.
• Collaborate with Europe-based accounting and finance teammates on the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other financial data
• Preparation of monthly management reports including management’s discussion and analysis of the business
• Support the country management team in analyzing financial performance.
