The Business Development Executive main role is to improve Rowad’s market position and achieve financial growth. He will be in charge of executing the product strategic plans, in coordination with the product manager, and build market position by building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating & closing business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The business development executive will be working closely and deliberately with Project Owners (i.e. ministries, gov. entities, large enterprises).
He will work with the internal teams (i.e. product managers, sales and marketing) to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for Rowad. To achieve this, he needs to find potential new customers and make a combined effort with the product management and sales team to drive prospects towards the company’s products, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
He will call on clients, make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their current and future needs. He must plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with Rowad and adopt its products. He must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. He will coordinate and manage the overall relationship and activities of others responsible for developing business within the targeted accounts. He will also be responsible to get the products approved and registered with all parties involved in the projects selling cycle.
This requires a thorough knowledge of the projects market, the solutions/products that Rowad can provide, and of the competitors and any alternative solutions.
