JOB PURPOSE:
To manage operations of implementing IT systems in Mawhiba regarding purchases of software and applications to ensure compliance with Mawhiba’s IT strategy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Participates in the formulation and implementation of IT department strategy to ensure the alignment with Mawhiba’s strategy.
Participates and recommends improvements to IT department policies, processes and procedures and manages the implementation to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Manages the day-to-day operations assigned for the IT department by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
Liaises with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interactions.
All internal applications such as Internet, ERP, CRM, EPM, FCM to ensure continuous upgrading, accuracy and efficiency of these systems.
Supervises the selection of IT software and solutions by means of rigorous research and study to support managers of projects, operation and maintenance.
Ensures collection of work requirements of applications from different departments and stakeholders.
Analyzes requests and submitting them for approval to ensure continuous updating.
Manages the operations of upgrading internal applications to ensure smooth flow of operations and alignment of applications with Mawhiba’s strategy.
