• Manage and develop all aspects of the sale and business development in Saudi Arabia
• Focusing on customers specifically in (Government, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Education) Sectors
• Conduct market analysis in order to implement strategic sales and marketing plans and implementation across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage key accounts in Saudi Arabia, developing and maintaining business relationships whilst ensuring client satisfaction with the brand
• Overseeing the implementation and execution of projects whilst working alongside the client to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure a balanced sales/consultative approach with clients to establish long term relationships
• Responding to tenders. Researching, and analyzing the necessary information required in order submit proposals forward alongside partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia and establish strategic relations with key decision makers.
• Work closely with the customers on a regular basis to understand operational requirements, budget and timelines
• Regularly hold roundtables within the client’s offices to present the solutions and a set of short/medium and long terms goals and highlight the key advantages to working with the company.
• Working alongside the client post project delivery to monitor the client’s satisfaction and to ensure maximum results and ROI.
• Building excellent relationships and leveraging on these by expanding the business based upon referrals.
• Analyze industry information and formulate effective strategies to coincide with marketing, to achieve company growth objectives
• Liaising very closely with the various internal departments to ensure all client requirements are met and exceeded where possible.
