1. Security
Responsible for Supervising and managing the Security team in order to ensure safety of personnel, protecting and securing company assets within the perimeter of the site and at other sites used by the company.
• Access control of company personnel, contractors and visitors.
• Access and departure control of trucks from transportation companies, customers and suppliers.
• Training of Security Personnel covering security drills and security procedures
• Maintain liaison with local Police Station, Fire Station and nearest Hospital.
• Establish patrol controls within the site and around its perimeter.
• Monitor activities around the site through CCTV system.
• Monitor/Report activities/behaviours endangering environment, security or safety.
• Handle/Monitor Fire detection system.
• Actively participate in emergency response team for Fire, flood and accidents/incidents.(including driving to hospital people needing emergency medical attention).
2. Reception
Responsible for administrative services at both building’s receptions
• Operating/maintaining phone system
• Providing proper service to visitors
• Reception/distribution of DHL, regular mail
3. Catering
Responsible for catering services within the site.
• Providing meal services at canteen according to administrative and factory working schedules
• Maintaining coffee rooms operating 24 hrs a day
• Catering services for company events within site premises.
• Catering services in small subcontractor canteen.
4. Cleaning & hygiene
Responsible for cleaning & pest control services within the site.
• External areas
• Administrative areas
• Production areas
• Locker management
• Safety & Hygiene stations
5. Gardening
Responsible for gardening activities within the site.
• External green areas
• Maintenance of plants inside administrative buildings.
6. Administrative offices maintenance
Responsible for maintaining offices in good operating conditions.
• Air Conditioning systems
• Hydraulic systems (water/sewage)
• Electrical systems/ Energy saving
• Furniture
• Small repairs
• Office remodelling projects
7. Site Utilities
Responsible for coordinating:
• Availability of water through purchase or self generation through desalinization plant.
• Disposal of septic tank through proper supplier.
• Disposal of ink waste
• Domestic waste disposal
8. Industrial Waste (on hold with environment manager asof 15/05/14)
Responsible for coordinating:
• Solid waste plant operation
• Proper disposal of industrial waste
• Export of waste
9. Transportation services (on hold with shift supervisors 15/05/14)
Responsible for coordinating transportation services
• Coordinate transportation services for employees(production)
• Coordinate any other transportation service subcontracted.
10. Pool of Administrative assistants
Responsible for coordinating administrative support for directors
• Travelling arrangements for directors
• Director’s travelling reports
• Company events organization
• Meetings preparation
• Facility mgt activities
All above responsibilities should be provided through TP personnel or company approved contractors following TP’s safety, hygiene and environmental policies.
Great emphasis should be made to ensure good satisfaction of internal customers by implementing continuous improvement practices in all above operations.
