• Primary consultant and liaison with assigned client base; accountable for ensuring HR solutions are adding value to the client
• Lead mid-sized projects. Project areas could include organizational development, change management initiatives and Implementation of Human resources programs
• Assist with developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow to the clients
• Develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
• Provide advice on discipline process, conduct disciplinary review conferences and advise on appropriate outcomes.
• May plan, assign and/or supervise the work of others.
• May function as an assistant to the section manager or as a team leader
• Conduct Operational Consulting activities ( prepare and update Job descriptions, update salary scales, conduct HR audits, document HR policies, procedures, and processes, ensure employee satisfaction, develop career advancement plans, assess training needs, etc)
