ROLE PURPOSE:
The job holder will be responsible for supporting the line manager in the account and relationship management of the designated Agent in Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will be responsible for the necessary follow up, co-ordination and resolution of all Agent issues, as directed and on behalf of the line manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Undertake comprehensive and ongoing research to identify business opportunities to grow and develop the business with the agent by utilizing primary and secondary research tools, including cold calling, own networks, street activity and online research.
Build relationships with all remittance centre manager and staff Arrange and attend as appropriate with Remittance centers staff, meetings with prospective businesses in Saudi Arabia and assist in acquiring large accounts
As directed by line manager, ensure presence is maintained at the agent remittance centers in all different regions in Saudi Arabia
Communicate remittance centers feedback on MoneyGram product to line manager
Facilitate the resolution of any outstanding operational issue and coordinate the same with the appropriate functional specialists at MoneyGram and the back office of the agent to ensure best service.
Escalate issues as appropriate to line manager.
Act as a single point of contact to all remittance centers to raise any issue or opportunity and report to line manager
Train the Sales staff, customer service representative and the remittance branch manager on Moneygram product and on the receive networkidentify relationship needs and work with line manager to develop/co-ordinate effective solutions. Liaise with key personnel in Dubai office as required, acting as the key point of contact.Monitor, analyse and report on remittance centers performance on an ongoing basis to line manager.
As directed by line manager, assist marketing team in promotional activities, attend sponsored events and activities and ensure objective are met.Train promoters on MoneyGram product and direct them to remittance pocket areas in liaison with the marketing team and alignment with remittance centers manager and ensure adequate promotional material distribution.
Ensure MoneyGram visibility and leaflets are maintained in all centers and enough quantity is available and displayed in liaison with marketing teamOn a regular basis, obtain product and service quality feedback from remittance centers staff and customers and report any service issue in any of the recipient countries.Identify any trends and present information to line manager, suggest reasons/solutions and agree next steps.
On regular basis, collect competitive information and gather market intelligence and present findings to line manager.
Provide input and assist in the preparation of remittance staff sales presentations.As directed by the line manager, assist in the organization of remittance centres events, new branch openings and other promotional events.
Other ad-hoc duties/projects as required by the business as they arise
