Reports to: Facility Manager - Property Management
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To involve work in the broader field of civil/MEP engineering, and their job is to apply their knowledge of engineering principles in the planning, development, design, and maintenance of facilities and various building structures.
2. To conduct research, collect information, and analyze reports, blueprints, and use the findings when planning projects. Their responsiblities include estimating the costs and use of labour, equipment and materials, determining the feasibility of a project, and the management with the relevant reports.
3. To supervise the technical personnel such internal or external construction and FM Service company at construction sites, and oversee all operations and maintenance activities. They will advise management on design and construction, propose modifications to existing designs and solutions, and recommend structural repairs when necessary.
4. To supervise all the standard operation procedures of Technical and Safety & Security Departments of all Facilities and Properties managed by the Company. Moreover; monitor services including gas, water, septic tank and other services performed by third parties
5. Participate in internal takeover of property from the Construction department and handover of shops to the tenants
6. Participate in the Mall Handover related snags reports, and for furnishing the assets tagging and Labelling, conducting testing commissioning, and assist in furnishing the Operation & Maintenance Manual and the warranty list.(DLP)
7. To report regularly about Technical and Safety procedures and, operation, completion of works and maintenance and Expenditure to the General Management of the Company.
8. Any other assignment that might be necessary for the completion of the Company’s Management of Properties and Facilities and in which the Technical and Safety & Security involvement might be needed, requested and precised by the Management of the Company.
