• To be aligned with the development and the implementation of Waad Academy strategy.
• Understanding, following and implementing the approved Waad Academy policies and procedures.
• Fully understanding all aspects of Waad Academy to be able to answer all parents’ questions.
• Controlling and reporting records and documents in a professional manners.
• Providing effective and motivational guidance to the parents relations coordinator.
• Assessing and reporting the Parents Relations Coordinator performance and identifying their training needs.
• Understanding and identifying the behaviour and the attitude of the parents and the students.
• Developing and implementing the parents participations, support and events plans and activities.
• Developing balance score cards for students alongside their parents.
• Identifying and anticipating the needs, requirements and expectations of the parents.
• Ensuring that parents concerns and complaints are handled effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Presenting speeches and conducting regular forums and workshops.
• Supporting and working closely with the marketing & enrolment office in providing tours to parents and other visitors, along with all communications requirements.
• Developing a full parents FAQ for the care centre
• Should have a good understanding of Waad Academy parents communications channels.
• Developing reports, surveys, presentations, interviews, meetings and observations.
• Coordinating with all Waad Academy members to achieve the overall assigned projects objectives.
• Assessing in reviewing and updating the unit quality procedure.
