• Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training.
• Identify partners for the purposes of business development(developing new products/services to meet specific client needs with potentially wider market application)
• Develop business cases for new product and service development and/or enhancement
• Contribute to the writing of any technical documentation.
• Participate / Anticipate to the development of pilots and prototypes.
• Review and Assure relevant technical documentation
• Preparing a complete Project Plans and Charts with required level of details.
• Monitor and control progress of projects
• Work with Sales and Pre-Sales to collate customer requirements and meet with customers
