Our client is a well-established and recognised multinational company based in KSA which provides project management & construction services. They currently have 2 live projects and are looking at significant growth to a further 5 in 2015. Therefore they are looking to recruit a well-trained Project Manager.
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with the skills to lead a team of construction professionals and play a major part in building new relationships and business development for the business, we need someone who has ideally worked from a Project Management Company or a Main Contractor.
This is a senior level position and you will be reporting directly to the CEO. The main responsibilities will be managing the day to day operations of a number of projects, which will include managing the completion of existing projects and tendering for new projects. The initial focus will be on residential and infrastructure development which is driving growth in KSA at the moment, but may expand into operations in Oil and Gas and civil works.
