Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose:
To manage the effective delivery of the Enrichment programs in a timely manner and within budgeted cost and ensure the fulfilment of all programs objectives in line with the programs’ standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Participates and recommends improvements to Enrichment programs department policies, processes and procedures and manages the implementation to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled
• Manages the day-to-day operations of Enrichment programs to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures
• Allocates the program’s budget in line with the defined scope to achieve objectives.
• Coordinates with external and internal parties to communicate the programs scope and budget to ensure clarity of objectives.
• Discusses and provides guidelines for the Enrichment programs for the schools to ensure that all the students qualify with these guidelines.
• Sets and manages the project plan and coordinate with all concerned parties to ensure meeting time, cost and resources limitations.
• Plans the projects to identify the emerging capacity needs and design responses to those needs to ensure program sustainability.
• Manages all project execution phases and directs all efforts to meet project plan and budget, and coordinates with media and IT teams to facilitate program’s completion.
• Manages all programs financial aspects and ensures all are within agreed budget and financial policies and procedures.
• Ensures that the program’s execution are aligned with the local and national research and that it realties to the professional learning communities and network theory.
