The main objective of this role is to meet the business challenges of having the right Saudis calibers on board & retain the good potential Saudis staff to the max by utilizing Saudization initiatives support from the governments. Further, meeting the requirements of Saudis numbers and keeping the Saudization zone level into green.
Ensure the business meets its needs of Saudization percentage as set by the governments. You will work closely with HRDF and implement a Saudization strategy for both the shops & support offices.
Establishing the Saudization department.
Recruit Saudis to achieve overall Saudization goals.
Department goal planning.
Career path planning.
Budgeting & planning resources.
Work closely with HR Manager in the Feminization process.
Provide professional support and advice on best practice of recruiting Saudis calibers.
