- Align sales structure and teams in order to capture any business opportunity in Central Region before competitors through proper use of business intelligence, better relations with customers, faster response to enquiries and proposals.
- Work with functions supporting Central Region to ensure their delivery of commitments is timely, efficient, and effective.
- Build Sales Team that is motivated and capable to excel in their personal and professional skills through providing them with tools for success.
- Ensure solid relations with the company strategic dealers.
