• Review and monitor the implementation of Amana policies, procedures and objectives oversee execution of Amana QA/QC policies and procedures
• Provides technical support for on-going problem solving (Provide technical as well as Quality related support for all the activities
• Upgrade/update QA/QC plan, forms, procedures and flow chart
• Review the prepared Preparing check list for all items in the scope of work
• Report to GM on the performance of Management System the Quality Systems and the any need for improvement
• Establish and maintain liaison with the certifying Authority representatives
• Develop a system to measure and analyze close customer’s feedback reports and rectify any complaints from the customer
• Develop training tools for staff
• Develop and manage the Internal Quality Audit program, allocate Internal Auditors to perform and audits and ensure any corrective actions needed are followed up and cleared
• Lead audits/assessments of major suppliers and sub- contractors for inclusion in the Approved supplier list
• Ensure conformance to all Project Quality Plans (Ensure that the Project Quality Plans are prepared and implemented in compliance with the standard followed in the organization
• Coordinates with Internal Auditor to carry out QA/QC Audits as per the schedule and ensures if any corrective actions are followed in the organization
• Coordinate with the External Inspection/Certification bodies for the certification and Surveillance audits
