• Exercises operational responsibility for a complete maintenance in an allocated plant area in accordance with maintenance procedures and approved safety procedures to ensure continuous and efficient maintenance, operations and the meeting of line production targets
• Monitors system performance and, under the direction of immediate supervisor, manipulates calibrations and settings to ensure synchronization of line stages, efficient throughput and minimal waste
• Logs operating parameters to ensure operations are within normal limits and that all irregularities are reported to immediate supervisor for advice or solution
• Diagnosing the problem and repair equipment
• Disconnecting, relocating, installing, aligning and adjusting Equipment
• Performing initial tests and Preventive / Corrective Maintenance inspections and installing Approved operating systems
• Provides work direction and guidance to the technicians and monitors their progress
• Ensures that the workplace is kept in a clean state and that all work is carried out in full compliance
• Perform preventive maintenance and fixing problems
• Timely entry of log details
• Perform other duties assigned
