Pre-sales Development:
• Involvement in service development and assisting the Account Manager in tasks including:
o Attending external and internal project meetings with Affiliates, Contact Centre staff and Technology staff to assist in ascertaining customer requirements during the bid process.
Solution Scoping & Design
• Responsible for scoping the client business requirements and designing the solutions by:
o Completing the Business Requirements Document (BRD) as provided by CXC
o Assisting the client identify their business objectives
o Working with the Contact Centre Operations Manager, CX Manager and Account Manager to design a service solution to accurately meet the business requirements
o Ensuring that the solution and design meet the standards and requirements of COPC for CPS
o Document the solution in a non-technical way to enable the Affiliate to easily understand the solution and gain sign-off
o Map the service process using VISO or a similar tool
