1. Received collection(Cash/Cheque/Transfer), Prepare the Receiving voucher and ensure timely deposit to bank And Visit bank for any bank related matters.
2. Posting of all Receipt voucher immediately in system to update the collection in Customer Accounts.
3. Accounting for sales invoices & collections, follow up for the timely collections from the customers.
4. Process all bank Payments for vendor and all other expenses and Posting in system.
5. Knowledge of L/C, CAD and other payment procedure.
6. Hand on experience of ERP system, MS Excel, MS word and latest window
7. Any other Account related work in absence of any team member or Any other job related task assigned by management.
