Involved in the M&A, DCM and ECM arenas, our client is looking to grow its team as a result of enhanced deal flow and opportunity to take on new mandates. With deep knowledge of the Saudi Market, the client is seeking to leverage on the favourable conditions, making this an excellent opportunity for the appropriate candidate.
There is a need to hire a mature transaction support resource with capability in financial modelling and transaction execution. The KSA National candidate should have an outstanding work ethic and a deep interest in investment banking, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts. The KSA National candidate will be rotated across M&A, DCM and ECM depending on business requirements, and will be required to work across the full spectrum of this offering. The role will further include:
•Day to day management of projects in execution (providing analytical and project management support, due diligence, marketing documentation)
•Preparation of business development presentations (pitches)
•Strong focus on financial modelling and company valuations (transaction multiples/comparables, DCF)
•Writing information memoranda, tender documentation and other client presentations using MS Office
