Create new material codes & maintain Material master data - by maintaining proper log sheets & by taking approval from line manager to proceed.
Create & Follow up PR release from planning manager.
Raise Purchase orders and follow up them with the PO releasers, ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning Requirements.
Get suppliers confirmation on delivery date and maintain the proper record.
Apply insurance for the imported materials (need to discuss with VB & to include in Imported tracking sheet)
Coordinating with other plants for calling - off required materials.
o Inks, Wrapping Film
o Any other shared RPM.
Maintain proper filing and record system (Ex. Approved Supplier Specification, order confirmation, Q.C rejections/ complain log sheet, insurance certificates, quotations, BOM amended log sheet etc.).
Issue inbound delivery sheet of imported materials to WH & Logistics.
Covering others during vacation
Extract and prepare planning reports from the system on timely fashion.
o MRP
o Open orders
o Safety stock vs stock
o Inventory value (DOH value) report
o Material delivery Inventory report
o Suppliers complain (performance & Issue) report
o Imported Shipments documents tracking sheet
o Promotional/ initiatives orders tracking sheet
o Balance Score card (BSC) with Summary
o WH Material tracking sheet
o Demonstrated Lead Time vs Target
Any other task given by the management within his area of expertise.
