Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
• Research on the various real estate sectors and mega projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Conducting industry analysis of the assigned sectors as well as analyzing the effects.
• Cash flow modeling for current and prospective deals, and developing sensitivity analyses and scenarios;
• Research, analyze and summarize real estate industry statistics, and use such research to support the assumptions of the financial projections and analyses;
• Analyze results of operating assets and prepare comparative reports and recommendations;
• Assist REI Manager in devising strategy and implementation plan for investment and divestment and to develop on Real Estate portfolio for MASIC as per investment guidelines.
• Assist in analyzing new real estate investment opportunities especially with main focus on Saudi Arabian market and also some attention to the real estate investment opportunities abroad.
• Assist in executing distribution analysis and investment projections.
• Investment focus includes but not limited to residential, commercial and industrial sectors within and / or outside the KSA.
• Contribute in producing internal and external communication documents including, Investment Committee memos, Proposals, MOUs, Presentation materials, etc…;
• Contribute in the preparation of business plans for projects;
• Participate in meetings and strategy sessions and contribute to the formulation of effective plans for the overall success of the real estate investment division;
• Help in writing contributions to conferences, interviews and seminars;
• Attend meeting with 3rd parties and investment committee meetings if needed
• Contribute to the strategy of the division and the company.
