Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an exemplary volunteer program, policies and
procedures and management strategies to fulfill and achieve the goals of the institution. Managing volunteers
and provides a supplementary workforce to the requesting KFMC department or administration. Providing
guidance, support and tools to staffand volunteers.
Principal Duties
1) Develop and implement the policies and procedures and management strategies to achieve the goals of
the administration.
2) Ensure the compliance of the guidelines mentioned in the policies and procedures.
3) Develop and suggest training programs for volunteers.
4) Review and finalize the annual report of the administration.
5) Submit periodic reports to higher management.
6) Identiff and follow up the needs of the administration such as manpower and equipment.
7) Prepare the Annual Performance Evaluation Report of staff and approve their overtime justification.
8) Identiff recommendations based on report analysis.
9) Monitor and control relevant quality standards to secure proper implementation.
l0) Identifu and plan activities that will result in overall improvement of services.
I l) Take ownership of the defined objectives and take actions accordingly.
l2)Deal with problems where evaluation of data is required, identiffing possible factors that may arise
within the team or with volunteers.
l3) Perform other related duties as assigned.
