A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit a Customer Experience Manager - KSA. You will be directly reporting to the Senior Manager.
JOB PURPOSE:
To enhance Customer experience and therefore brand image by contributing to roll-out of regional strategy (tools/ programs/ initiatives) successfully.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
• After Sales Mystery Shopping roll-out in the region. Prepare quarterly action plans to help NSCs to reach their target.
Performance Indicators: % of regional target
• Premium Customer Excellence standards roll-out in the region. (conducting audits and creating action plans)
Performance Indicators: audit plan and action plan implementation
Performance Indicators: On-time launch Achievement of targets
• Training - Facilitate enrolment of front line training curriculum in the region
Performance Indicators: Training enrolment in line with plan
• Project management of plans
Performance Indicators: % of regional achievement
• Co-operate closely with Technical Team to resolve technical issues, follow-up on warranty spending, goodwill utilization, re-call campaign completion and customer complaint handling
Performance Indicators: Technical Efficiency, productivity rate
• Research agencies for Mystery shopping
• Collect market data, market analysis and advise on improvement action plans in most operational activities
