1. Organizational Staffing:
- Analyze, design, develop and implement organizational chart, manual, strategic HR plan for the holding company.
- Ensures that senior or high-level vacancies of the Holding Company are filled with the high caliber internal or external candidates.
- Assists affiliate companies in recruiting the best qualified individuals for their senior or executive positions
- Coordinates with Department Heads in the holding company in forecasting manpower requirements; Prepares annual recruitment plan.
2. Training and Development:
- Conducts needs assessment interventions (surveys, performance analysis, competency assessments) to help individual and work units determine development needs at the holding level.
- Assists affiliate companies to examine individual and shared development needs and in identifying programs to address these development needs.
- Recommend and propose programs to holding and affiliate companies that meet standards of quality and value-for-money.
- Prepares the annual training and development budget for the holding company and influences affiliate companies HR Managers also have the same on time.
3. Compensation and Benefits:
- For the holding company; analyze, review, design, develop, implement and monitor -Salary-and-benefits structure, job grading, address inequities and “distortions.”
4. Performance Management:
- Establish an employee performance management system in line with Group HR.
- Trains and educates raters and rates on the concepts and mechanics of the performance appraisal (PEDP) tool.
5. Culture Building:
- Initiates and maintains programs that raise the awareness of employees of the company's core values.
