Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
• Monitor warehousing and clearance processes and service times on a periodic basis to identify process improvements and operational bottlenecks
• Monitor floor space usage at warehouse of ABYAT store locations and, recommends improvements in storage and handling processes
• Initiate contracts for warehousing projects and logistic service providers
• Ensure the implementation of the Logistics strategy and operational processes
• Manage and implement inventory improvement action plans
• Ensure physical inventory counting is followed and use the results to find out the reasons of discrepancies, and define ways of resolving them
• Review and evaluate performance of staff to identify areas of improvement
• Follow up on department KPIs with staff on a periodical basis
