Supervise & monitor daily PM stock count and ensure it carried out correctly & in line with agreed timing.
Ensure PM utilization report developed and generated losses are maintained in line with budget.
Develop monthly stock count schedule & plan, communicate it and ensure it carried out accurately & on time. Ensure generated losses investigation conducted with necessary improvement actions, approved and forwarded to finance with other necessary stock count documents (count sheets/ adjustment form) in order to close stock count loop on time
Communicate all company safety rules; regulation & guidelines and ensure it completely followed in order to ensure safe working environment.
Provide necessary PPE and ensure production staff using it properly.
Provide necessary safe working tools and ensure staff using it properly.
Investigate incidents happened and implement necessary preventive actions
Supervise & ensure agreed production systems effectively implemented as per agreed timing & procedure using agreed tools and necessary PPE.
Ensure good discipline during implementing systems in order to make systems implementation efficient & successful.
Ensure necessary systems documents filled properly, correctly and on time.
Develop PPM schedule, communicate it and track implementation/execution on daily basis in order to ensure smooth and uninterrupted machines operation.
Track machines performance after PPM in order to ensure good quality work done.
Monitor PPM cost and ensue it is in line with budget.
Ensure company quality systems implemented & quality of produced products is in line with quality standards, specifications.
Ensure continuous quality checking of produced TB as per QC checklist. Ensure necessary preventive action took place in case of deviation in order to maintain defective products produced within agreed tolerable limit.
Ensure quality checklist filled by subordinate correctly and on time.
Report/tackle any quality nonconformity with QC and ensure to implement necessary preventive actions.
Investigate market complaints and feedback with necessary preventive improvement actions.
Co-ordinate/attend with QC for new PM trials, then give required feedback.
Ensure proper handling & using of PM in order to maintain PM waste within agreed budget tolerance
Ensure shifts technicians handover/communication meeting take place during shifts overlap timings.
Discuss weekly plan with planning suggest & recommend changes and come to agreement on final plan.
Communicate production plan to subordinate and ensure required quantities -in line with production plan- produced on time with the right quantity and within budgeted cost.
Prepare weekly staff shifts schedule allocate required resources according to production plan and in line with budget.
Ensure required PM requested on daily basis and in line with production plan.
Communicate machines & product changeovers and ensure it carried out on time as per agreed timing and procedure.
Ensure no operational issues and shifts started on time.
Ensure required shifts documents filled correctly & on time.
