The incumbent is responsible for close coordination through the year with the internal users and external agencies to ensure that manpower requirements are sourced in an organized, timely and cost effective manner within the budgetary limitations within the company policy guidelines.
• The focus of this position is timely and cost-effective recruitment and progress reporting, ensuring organizational and budgetary compliances
