Job Summary
We are currently looking for a HSE- Regional Manager, to join our Business Operations in KSA - Riyadh. Reporting to the Director- HSE, you will be joining a team during a period of continual business growth. We employee over 16,000 in Saudi Arabia and turn over 1bn+ SR per year.
The successful applicant would act as an individual HSE Manager for the Central region, and would be responsible for the implementation, communication, coordination, training and evaluation of HSE programs in accordance to the overall corporate HSE policies and procedures. Further, the position will develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all the HSE Decisions which bear critical importance to regional business objectives and profitability.
Role Responsibilities
• Review, define and conduct superior training programs which will increase the proficiency in HSE Practices.
• Ensure to update the OH&S regulations, international codes and standards and that the project team is aware about the various HSE Policies and procedures prevailing in the group.
• Perform internal and external audit activities to monitor and review the HSE level within business operations across the region.
• Carry out periodic inspections on fire fighting equipments, emergency exits, direction panels, escape layouts etc. to ensure that they are all in good condition.
• Assist in developing HSE Plans that comply with project policies and procedures as well as client requirements time to time.
• Prepare and provide regular reports to the senior management on the HSE Performance status, audit reports, progress summary, corrective actions, training activities, incidents and investigation etc.
