• Receiving the invoices and validating it with the PO/Contract/IWA before sending for uploading and routing for seeking approvals in Liquid Office.
• Checking the invoices for application of With Holding Taxes when payment goes out of KSA.
• Reviewing and Approving the invoices in Liquid Office ( for Subcontract Invoices ensure that it has been approved by Project Controls, Project Management and Contracts Management before sending to AP Oakridge for recording )
• Resolving queries from Oakridge, if any, in recording the invoices/payments sent through Liquid Office.
• Reviewing the Payment Batches which are received twice in a week ( in case of SAR payments ) and once in a week ( in case of multi- currency payments ) from Oakridge before making payments to the vendors/suppliers.
• Ensuring that all the invoices/payments sent through liquid office to Oakridge are recorded timely in Oracle. This would help in avoiding any open items in Bank Reconciliation.
• Reviewing and approving the expense claims to be paid to the employees. Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place and Business Rules are complied with before making the payment.
• Ensure the compliance of Jacobs Global Anti-Corruption Policy and Anti-Corruption Guidelines, where ever applicable, before making the payments.
• Supporting the Payroll Department in processing monthly payroll of over 1700 employees.
