Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
• Manages and leads staff in achieving location targets;
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties. Schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations;
• Trains staff on store policies, department procedures, and job duties;
• Orders merchandise and supplies, or prepares requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand
• Records delivery of merchandise compares record with merchandise ordered, and reports discrepancies to control costs and maintain correct inventory levels;
• Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed;
• Recommends additions to or deletions of merchandise to be sold in store;
• Prepares and monitors sales, inventory and customer complaints reports;
• Listens and answers customer’s complaints and inquires. Examines returned merchandise, and amicably resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations;
• Assists sales staff in completing difficult sales (sell merchandise);
• Plans and directs staff preparing, merchandise and promotion displays;
• Supervises employees engaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, or preparing daily record of transactions, or performs work of subordinates, as needed;
• Ensures compliance of employees with established location security, sales, cleanliness and record keeping procedures and systems;
• Utilizes resources to obtain customer feedback regarding own and competition product and price information including conducting market visits. Reports results to management for action;
• Monitors and evaluates location staff performance and training needs;
• Develops and motivates staff;
• Locks and secures store;
• Reports to the Sales Manager on showroom operations, performance and resource.
