• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits.
• Reviewing and analyzing the store is meeting the target and earning profits.
• Maintaining the overall image of the store and managing assets of the store.
• Recruiting and supervises the work of the cashier, saleclerks, and stock controller
• Implement customer service effectively to increase productivity.
• Train and evaluates performance of staff periodically.
• Maintains teamwork and high morale of subordinates.
• Review and verifies accuracy of inventory folder and record balances with on hand physical balances.
• Recommends subordinates promotion, transfer, demotion or separation.
• Prepares incident reports, countersigned the letter of explanations of all personnel under his or her area of responsibilities
• Double-checks all reports submitted by cashier and stock controllers.
