Core purpose of the job: To set up all activities related to the entire archiving system by maximizing the space available to have a functional database program with automated file indexing to have all old and current files and documents properly sorted, indexed, labeled and archived, and to keep a well-organized system of documentation noting the importance of issuance, expiry and renewal of Commercial Registrations, Industrial Licenses, Presidency of Meteorology & Environment Certificates, Municipality Permits, Chamber of Commerce’s’ Memberships, Economic Cities Licenses, Land Deeds issued by Competent Notaries, Deeds utilized for mortgages and all other related documentations to maintain an obvious archiving benchmark, and to apply a strict clear cut system of documentation releases and return to archives to secure safe exchange of documents within Almarai entire environment
