1. Reviews daily cash receipts and allocates payments against specific transactions based on DMC reports.
2. Follows up with the salesman about overdue invoices and unmatched payments.
3. Processes AR-related workflow requests such as: credit limit increase and opening blocked accounts.
4. Checks cash accounts on a daily basis for blocking and following up with the salesman/BSU.
5. Monitors customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
6. Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with Sales dept.
7. Ensures payments and credit memos are applied accurately to customer accounts.
8. Identifies issues and develops solutions related to accounts receivables activities and processes.
9. Checks and approves credit notes (discounts) and returns.
10. Responsible for the overall data of Accounts Receivable. Responsible for month-end and cut off entries.
11. Supervises and reviews the AR Accountant’s work.
12. Responsible for AR reports to the management and Audit.
