An excellent opportunity to join a multinational manufacturing organisation and get involved in working within the Saudi Arabia Finance team and provide the highest level of service to internal customers and management.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Support financial controller in preparation of budgets, rolling forecasts, monthly variance analysis and all reports as per group and divisional requirements
* Monitor orders, sales, margins by area and provide timely information to the business
* Ensure timely reporting of all financial data as per financial time table
* Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations file and ensure timely review of monthly minimum controls with financial controller
* Design and develop Management accounting pack and publish the same to members of JC Saudi management team on a monthly basis
* Ad hoc Financial analysis and reports as required from time to time
* Customer credit control & managing overdue debtors within specified limits, cash application
* Maintain and monitor effectiveness of Accounts payables process where JC Saudi receives operational support from members of the other MEA finance teams
* Carry out paper work related to any customer LC's or bond requirements
* Support tax compliance - monthly withholding tax returns and financial analysis for annual tax returns & transfer pricing returns
* Track progress on aged service jobs and team up with sales teams to ensure collections of service entry sheets within shortest possible time
* Month end closing process & posting of accounting journals
* Cost Centre reviews with line managers and country sales manager
* Support in periodic review and monitoring of internal controls
Required skills and Experience
* 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of basic accounting & book keeping
* Management accounting
* International Accounting Standards
* Corporate taxation principles
* Microsoft Excel - advanced level
* Financial modelling, analysis, investment appraisal techniques
* ERP concepts, prior experience in SAP FICO would be an advantage
