Reporting directly to the CEO this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Professional to take overall responsibility to lead a team of professionals, for finance function including not only the Financial & Management Accounting but also the Strategic Planning and the Risk Management functions, in a fast paced and challenging market of a leading manufacturing business recently listed Saudi Stock Exchange.
Role Objectives:
•To provide support to the CEO and the leadership team in accordance with the corporate vision and business strategy; providing key advice on external influences and their potential impact on the business.
•To ensure that accurate and timely financial & management reports are produced in line with CMA, Company and Regulatory requirements.
•To ensure effective External Audits and Reviews, with a view to meet all regulatory requirements and deadlines; and Compliance to all relevant regulations and best practices
•To influence and direct the business financially to enable it to achieve long term sustained profitability.
•To ensure effective management of risk and opportunity within the business to enable it to achieve planned profitability within a controlled framework.
•To promote the image & culture of the company.
