• Plan and prepare the floor set document, including photography and product listing.
• Prepare other Visual documents.
• Attend weekly business recap meetings.
• Be aware of business cadence and strategies.
• Develop strong partnership with Store Operations team to ensure initiatives and strategies are clearly and concisely communicated.
• Understand visual merchandising principles and participate in floor sets as needed.
• Partner with Visual Manager to understand product focuses, store maps, and window iterations for each delivery.
• Support team with projects and execution of concepts.
• Update picture boards regularly.
