Our client is an expanding retail/fashion company looking
for an exceptional individual to join and take the HR department forward as
part of the company's expansion plan. The main purpose of the role is directing
all of the people functions in the business alongside the strategic human
resource planning. The aim is to provide the business with the best people
talent available and to position the company as the Employer of Choice by being
aware of policies, trends and practices within the industry. The role will be a
full HR generalist role with particular emphasis on HR Strategy, HR Policy,
Employee Engagement and Performance Management.
