The role holder is responsible for supporting the Human Resources & Admin Manager in driving people processes at ICIEC by implementing HR initiatives pertaining to identification learning and development requirements, career management and succession planning systems in line with the overall HR strategy for ICIEC. The role holder will support Human Resources & Admin Manager in undertaking relevant interventions to build a capable workforce and high-performance and learning culture that drives the achievement of overall business results.
