Responsible and accountable for:
You are responsible to perform assigned human resource functions under the guidance of human resource office and under supervision of human resource manager/ director according to HR Policies and local HR practices.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of local HR practices and provide suitable interpretation to managers and staff.
Main tasks
You attend to employee complaints; facilitate communication among employees and management. Guide managers and employees on problem solving, employee dispute resolution and regulatory compliance
Manage observe and appraise your subordinates’ performance and guide them in their career advancement
Maintain and update staff vacation plan.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal
Ensure all performance evaluations are collected and submitted to the HR manager as per agreed time frame and procedures
Ensure monthly reports preparation in a timely & efficient manner (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, sick leave, Saudization…etc.)
Conducts exit interview up to supervisory levels if any
Ensure that HR Database is being updated and maintained on timely basis
Supervise proper filing system and maintain logs of important information
Support the Training and Development Specialist to ensure training programs are implemented effectively and on schedule
Support the Training and Development Specialist to evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training program by obtaining feedback from trainee and trainer investigates other training opportunities for staff
Conduct or co-ordinate routine human resource meetings
Organizes, coordinate with company events such as annual staff party, farewell etc.
Performs other duties and responsibilities in your department of responsibility as required for smooth and efficient operation.
