• Designing and developing training programs based on both organizations and individual’s needs.
• Working in a team to produce technical programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organization.
• Have a good mechanical / technical background and apply this at all times when delivering training.
• Producing training materials and schedule for in-house courses according to manufacturer and training guidelines.
• Provide the effective delivery of technical training on those particular subjects.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion with managers.
• Keep himself familiar with the products offered by the company and review new systems and product updates in order to provide the training required.
• Work unsupervised when travelling to branches to deliver training.
• Witness workshop employees carrying out their duties in order to observe if they have learnt the subject they have been taught and that are applying those skills acquired in their job role.
• Increasing, having and understanding of e-learning techniques.
