Prepare & implement Annual Training Plan.
Plan for new store opening training in coordination with HR.
Make all required hotels or ALJ, bookings and follow-up confirmation, and communicate training timings & locations to Management, operations & related staff to attend & ensure receive of Amarah Approval when required.
Conduct staff knowledge evaluation tests prior to every training done.
Prepare all related training materials (Written, Visual).
Conduct Training Courses for all sales staff.
Identify lack & weak points in staff performance through, training feedback, store visits & feedback passed through operations & management.
Prepare & conduct special training (Prior to high-peak seasons).
Generate & dispatch training refreshments (2 to 3) times a week to stores.
Prepare & print all training Manuals & distribute to staff during training.
Prepare quarterly and progress reports to management.
Plan for new store opening training in coordination with HR.
Prepare & dispatch new training notes prior to new products launch.
Conduct random visits to stores to evaluate & perform on spot training for staff.
Attend & reply to all customer complaints & queries related to products and usage & what products we recommend tot them via (FACEBOOK, Instegram, email, etc.).
Communicate with Yves Rocher France regarding defected products, or complaints from customers.
Support Marketing & Communications departments in preparing and translating leaflets and brochures when needed.
Reply directly to store staff queries (Products, ingredients & usage, etc.).
