Our client a leading FMCG company is looking for an experienced and qualified Warehouse Manager with experience in the Food and/or Consumer Goods industry to manage raw materials and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
To maintain an inventory of full products and raw materials.
To ensure that there is always sufficient quantity to meet demand.
To rotate inventory.
To manage warehousing and loading operations to ensure efficient operation.
To set policy and procedures for warehouse operation.
To hire, train and, if necessary, terminate warehouse personnel.
To motivate and direct loading supervisor to obtain the highest possible level of productivity and the optimum utilization of manpower, equipment and materials.
To develop procedures to minimize loss or damaged product in warehouse.
To prepare departmental budget for manpower and materials requirements.
