Syndicated Loans Agency Associate reports to the Unit Head Syndicated Loans Agency Management. The Primary Responsibility is to ensure all tasks in relation to the operations of the loan are properly carried out accurately and on a timely basis.
Accountabilities:
- Diarize all relevant action dates relating to fee payments, repayments, rollovers, expiry dates, covenant compliance and all other qualitative or quantitative requirements under each Agreement.
- Follow-up all diarized actions on a timely basis.
- Advise and follow-up with Borrowers, up-coming requirements, provisions of documents, statements, etc.; and fee payments, repayments, roll-overs, expires, etc.
- Provide copies of relevant documents and relevant information to participating Banks.
- Check all documents (security and others) required as Conditions Precedent to new draw downs.
- Open new accounts and maintain prepare legal files.
- Coordinate with the Borrowers and participating banks all operations, under each facilities, drawdowns, issuance of L/G’s, opening of L/C’s, repayment, rollovers, fees and commission payments (including calculations), interest/commission rate settings etc.
- Compute and process payments instructions for all amounts due to each party.
- Generally carry-out all operations related job, including passing of entries, making of various vouchers, coordinating with treasury on interest rates on new drawdown and rollovers, coordinating with COD/Treasury on interest resets and drawdowns and repayments.
- Update and maintain Operations File.
